New features

Try our new "quick order tool"! It is in the shopping cart. Simply enter the name, manufacturer number or Jarltech SKU in the search bar (you must be logged in to use this function).

We need a valid email address for administrative purposes. This includes, for example, the "forgotten password" process.

Our search function is language-sensitive. This means you might receive unexpected results if, for example, your shop is set to English, but you are searching using German terms. To optimize your search results, make sure the shop language matches your search query. You can find the language setting in the top right corner next to a globe icon. Click on it to change the language.

If you wish to permanently turn off the display, navigate to the appearance settings in your profile. Here you have the opportunity to permanently disable the hint.

Where do I find?

The lists are located at the end of the category list "our products". On the page you will find the EOL products for download as well as a list of the current remaining stock.

You find that in on the product detail page.

Marketplace items can be found at the end of the "Our Products" menu and on the associated product pages. Marketplace items can be recognized by the label "Used", followed by the status of the item. The status is differentiated in:

platinumFactory new devices of discontinued models in original packaging with the full vendor warranty.
goldThe device is as good as new and was checked and completely cleaned by Jarltech or an appropriate repair centre. There are no signs of wear or scratches (e.g. returned goods). The accessories are complete and Jarltech repackages the device.
silverThe device was checked and completely cleaned by Jarltech or an appropriate repair centre. There are small signs of wear (e.g. small scratches on the housing). The accessories are complete and Jarltech repackages the device.
bronzeThe device was checked and completely cleaned by Jarltech or an appropriate repair centre. There are small signs of wear (e.g. small scratches on the housing). Accessories might be missing, because they are not available from the vendor any more. Jarltech repackages the device.

In the description of the variant, the condition of the device is briefly described again.

Products

Not all products are available in every country. The check in which country the user is shopping is only done with the login.

On the search result page, you can switch between tile and list overview. Try it!
